Tim is a strata lawyer who only represents strata councils, owners and tenants. Tim does not represent developers.

Tim is a trial lawyer with over two decades of litigation experience.  He brings a wealth of courtroom experience to his strata law practice which can make the difference between a hard fought dispute.  Tim has significant experience representing strata clients against developers in property and deficiency disputes as well protecting strata corporations against outside parties such as short term rental companies

Tim was born in Brantford, Ontario but grew up in Horseshoe Bay.  He is the principal of Pettit and Company, a boutique litigation and strata law firm in North Vancouver.  Tim loves the outdoors: hiking, snowshoeing, or just messing about in nature.  Tim is an ardent animal lover who has given his time in the past to the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals. He lives with his wife and two children on the North Shore.
